Refunds and Exchanges
Lace Fronts Australia does not offer refunds or exchanges for synthetic or human hair wigs if you change your mind.
Production Times
Due to the customisation process, human hair units can take up to 6-8 weeks to be produced.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted after seven days of ordering. Cancellations made within the first seven days will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
Alterations for Unsuitable Wigs
Wigs found unsuitable in colour and style can be altered by our team at set pricing. No monetary refunds will be provided beyond this.
Sale Prices
All sale prices are noted on social media, our website, and in emails. Lace Fronts Australia is not obligated to refund the price difference if you miss a sale.
Refund Exclusions
If a refund is deemed necessary, it will not include transaction or shipping fees. The refunded amount will cover only the cost of the product or service purchased. Refer to the information below for further details on refunds.
Issue Reporting
If you have an issue with your unit, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods. Thereafter, Lace Fronts Australia cannot take responsibility for any damage caused to the unit. If we receive a unit that has been altered, we will return the product to you without providing an exchange or refund.
Return Conditions
The return of any hair products must be unused and in their original condition. All returns are investigated by our team, and if no fault or damage can be determined, an exchange will not be provided. If the returned unit has been altered in any way (e.g., bleach knots, trimmed, or coloured), an exchange or refund will not be provided.
Damaged Items
Lace Fronts Australia provides exchanges and store credit for damaged items. However, our quality assurance team works diligently to ensure no products are sent damaged. Colouring and styling suitability issues are not considered damages.
Damage Reporting for Wigs
If there is damage to your human hair or synthetic wig, you must comply with the following conditions:
- Contact Lace Fronts Australia at info@lacefronts.com.au with your exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product, and return the wig within 7 days.
- Provide a description and a photograph of the fault.
- Ensure all aforementioned terms and conditions are met for the returns investigation to be processed.
Altering or Colouring Units
Lace Fronts Australia does not suggest altering or colouring any units that have already been coloured. Please contact our team at info@lacefronts.com.au for assistance and guidance.
Returns Process
A returns inspection will only commence once an exchange request has been issued. Any product returned to us without prior contact will not be investigated, and no exchange, store credit, or refund will be provided.

Notes on Exchanges
An exchange request must be issued within 3 days of receiving the products. To issue this request, please contact info@lacefronts.com.au with a detailed description of why the request is being made, the product you received, and the email address used for the order. The wigs must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, all wigs will be washed and blow-dried upon returning to Lace Fronts Australia. An exchange fee of $100 will be deducted from your exchange or refund. The unit must be in its original packaging and condition. All return shipping fees are covered by the customer. All wigs must be unworn, uncut, and not altered.
Custom Orders
All custom-made orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. As we created this item specifically for you, it cannot be resold. However, we will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. No further alteration or exchanges can be provided to custom orders once final photograph confirmation approval and shipment are done.
Colour Disclaimer
At Lace Fronts Australia, we strive to ensure that all products are perfect and as close to the pictured item as possible. However, please note:
- The colour of your unit may vary slightly despite our efforts to provide accurate images. Device quality, configuration, and lighting in the room can affect how colours appear on your screen.
- Colour complaints are not considered damage or faults, and refunds or exchanges will not be offered for colour issues.
Cap Sizes
To ensure you have the correct cap size for a human hair wig, please measure your head according to our size chart found on each human hair wig product page. Measurements are in inches. Accurate measurement is essential prior to ordering your unit. If you have any difficulties, please contact us for guidance and assistance.
Shipping
Regarding orders delivered using our third-party couriers:
- All risk of loss or damage to the products in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises. Lace Fronts Australia is not liable for any errors made by these services.
- This service does not provide insurance and is chosen at your own risk upon confirmation/acceptance of our terms of supply.
International Orders
If you are an international customer, please note that some countries have import restrictions on certain goods or materials. After dispatch from our facilities, liability transfers to you. As the importer, you will be liable to pay local taxes or duties and assume all liability under any customs or import laws and regulations.
Processing Returns and Exchanges
Store credit, returns, and exchanges will be processed within 14 business days after the product has been received and approved for return.
