Would you like to try Lace Fronts Australia with even more peace of mind? Welcome to our Free returns Policy. Follow the steps below to get started! The following applies to first time orders for human hair wigs only. Please scroll down review our exchange and returns policy for synthetic wigs.

STEP 1 - Book your initial consultation

Book your free consultation with one of our knowledgeable and caring wig experts, either via phone or video call. During this consultation we will discuss your needs, wants, sizing, length and colour. These details will then be sent to you in an order link or invoice.

STEP 2 - Order and receive your wig

When you receive your order form, make sure to confirm the details and reach out should you have any questions. When you are comfortable to go ahead, you can make payment and we will then begin to create your custom piece. Once your hair piece will then be shipped to you via express priority shipping with Australia Post or DHL

STEP 3 - Book unboxing consultation

When your unit is on the way to you, we will send you a link to book your unboxing consultation. During this consultation, either via phone or video call, we can discuss any questions or concerns you may have while through your new hairpiece.

STEP 4 - Customisations

Sometimes it can be the smallest changes that completely change how you feel in a wig! Allowing us to be part of your unboxing gives us the opportunity to spot those small changes that we know will help, from our years of experience fitting our clients wigs in store.

STEP 5- ENJOY OR RETURN

Like we said, we are very confident that you were going to love our wigs, but sometimes its just not meant to be. In the case that you do not end up loving your new hair piece, we will issue you a full refund!

Terms & Conditions for Free Return Policy

  • This offer is for our first-time customers only.
  • *Refers to human hair orders only.
  • *You must have a phone/video call Appointment prior to ordering.Β 
  • *You must have a unboxing consultation with us. (This does not necessarily have to be on camera, however it does help, the unboxing consultation must take place within 48 hours of delivery.)
  • This offer is only valid for one wig, If you order multiple Wigs, only one will be able to be refunded.
  • Shipping of your wig to you is secure, fast and free, if you choose to return your piece, we will also pay any associated shipping costs. You will be sent a printable label, once this is sent you have 48hrs for the wig to be dropped with your local Australia Post. Β 
  • If you do choose to return your piece, it must be unworn, other than for trying on. It must also be unaltered in any way and the lace not cut.Β 
  • Refunds take up to 10 days to process.Β 
  • Lace Fronts Australia reserves the right to adjust this policy at any time.Β 

Refunds and Exchanges - Synthetic Wigs

Synthetic wigs that are not suitable can be returned for store credit, within 7 days of purchasing.

Lace Fronts does not accept returns on synthetic wigs.

Any shipping costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.Β 

Once the wig is returned to us, we will issue you a store credit that can be used in store or online.

All sale prices are communicated via social media, our website, and emails.

There is no sign up discount code during sales.

Lace Fronts Australia is not obligated to refund the price difference if you miss a sale.

Only one promotion can be used per order - multiple discounts cannot be used at one time. Please select the discount or promotional code that best fits your needs at the time of ordering. This includes our Medical Discount (click here for more information). If you receive theΒ Medical Discount from us, you can choose the best option for you that gives you the best discount.Β

Refunds and Exchanges - Synthetic Wigs

Synthetic wigs that are not suitable can be returned for store credit, within 7 days of purchasing.

Exchange Conditions - Synthetic Wigs
If you would like to exchange a synthetic wig it must be unused and in its original condition.

All exchanges are investigated by our team, if the returned unit has been altered in any way an exchange will not be provided. e.g., lace cut, hair trimmed, or coloured in any manner.

An exchange request must be issued within 3 days of receiving the products.

To issue this request please contact info@lacefronts.com.au with a detailed description of why the request is being made, the product you received, and the email address used for the order.

The wig/s must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, all wigs will be washed and blow-dried upon returning to Lace Fronts Australia. The unit must be in its original packaging and condition.

Cancellation Policy - SyntheticsΒ 
Cancellations for synthetic units will be accepted within 24 hours of ordering. Once shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.Β 

Production Times - Synthetic Wigs
All in-stock synthetic wigs are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM AEST on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.

Refunds and Exchanges - Human Hair
Lace Fronts Australia does not offer refunds or exchanges on custom human hair units.

Please work with us before purchasing to ensure you are getting exactly what you want. If you are a first time customer, please utilize our Free Returns Policy.

If for any reason you do receive a refund on any Lace Fronts Australia product, all shipping costs will be deducted from the full amount paid Β 

Cancellation Policy - Human Hair
No cancellations will be accepted after seven days of ordering.

Production Timeframe - Human Hair
AllΒ online human hair wig ordersΒ are made to order and require an estimated two to four (2–4) weeks for production. Each unit is crafted in Australia by professional hairdressers and stylists using premium materials and expert techniques.

In-store human hair wig ordersΒ may require a longer production timeframe, typically six to eight (6–8) weeks, depending on the level of customisation discussed during consultation. Final production timeframes will be confirmed in person at the time of purchase.

Once production is complete, human hair wigs are shipped via Express Secure Shipping, which includes tracking and a signature upon delivery for added security.

Please be aware that holiday periods, like Christmas, could incur additional production times.

If the unit is required by a specified event, we recommend ordering with the above timeframes in mind and informing us at the time of ordering. If you have not allocated enough time, as per the above point, we cannot make guarantees that the order will be ready by the required date.Β 

If there is any delays this will be communicated clearly,Β  there is no cancelation after 7 days of purchasing.

In-stock/Clearance human hair wig orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM AEST on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.

No alterations can be made on in-stock/clearance human hair wigs. Should this occur, the aforementioned timeframe is no longer valid and will result in the in-store human hair orders timeframe.Β 

Shipping & Fulfilment Terms (Australia Only)
All orders placed within Australia are shipped via FREE Express Shipping. Delivery is typically made on the next business day; however, in some regional areas, it may take up to three (3) business days, depending on local postal services.

Free Gifts
Lace Fronts Australia offers a MUK pack and other goodies, with human hair orders, excluding our clearance range.Β 

This offer is only valid and applicable on our human hair collection and does not apply to our human hair clearance collection.

Clearance wigs are NOT included with this offer.

You will receive these gifts during a sale, our human hair sales are not classed as β€˜clearance’.Β 

If you do receive a refund through our FREE RETURNS program or alike, the total balance of theΒ MUK pack will be deducted from the total refund amount if not returned with the wig.

Returns and Exchanges Process
A returns inspection will only commence once an exchange request has been issued.Β 

By placing an order with Lace Fronts Australia, you agree to the our terms and conditions as provided here.Β 

Store credits and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after the product has been received and approved for return.

Any product returned to us without prior contact will not be investigated, and no exchange, store credit, or refund will be provided.

Refunds
If a refund is deemed necessary, it will not include transaction or shipping fees. The refunded amount will cover the cost of the product or service purchased.Β 

If for any reason you do receive a refund on any Lace Fronts Australia product, all shipping costs will be deducted from the full amount paid Β 

Return Conditions
The return of any hair products for an exchange must be unused and in their original condition.

All returns are investigated by our team, and if no fault or damage can be determined, an exchange will not be provided.

If the returned unit has been altered in any way (e.g., bleach knots, trimmed, or coloured), an exchange or refund will not be provided.

Alterations for Unsuitable Wigs
Wigs found unsuitable in colour and style can be altered by our team at our set pricing by our experienced hair dressing team.

Issue Reporting
If you have an issue with your unit, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods. Thereafter, Lace Fronts Australia cannot take responsibility for any damage caused to the unit. If we receive a unit that has been altered in anyway, we will return the product to you without providing an exchange or refund.

Damaged Items
Our passionate team works diligently to ensure no products are sent damaged. In the unlikely event you do receive a damaged product, Lace Fronts Australia will provide a full replacement of the damaged items. Colouring and styling suitability issues are not considered damages.

Damage Reporting for Wigs
If there is damage to your human hair or synthetic wig, you must comply with the following conditions:

  • Contact Lace Fronts Australia atΒ info@lacefronts.com.auΒ with your exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product, and return the wig within 7 days.
  • Provide a description and a photograph of the fault.Β 

Altering or Colouring Units
Lace Fronts Australia does not suggest altering or colouring any units that have already been coloured.

Colour Disclaimer
At Lace Fronts Australia, we strive to ensure that all products are perfect and as close to the pictured item as possible. However, please note:

  • The colour of your unit may vary slightly despite our efforts to provide accurate images. Device quality, configuration, and lighting in the room can affect how colours appear on your screen.
  • Colour complaints are not considered damage or faults, and refunds or exchanges will not be offered for colour issues.Β 

Cap Sizes
To ensure you have the correct cap size for a human hair wig, please measure your head according to our size chart found on each human hair wig product page. Measurements are in inches. Accurate measurement is essential prior to ordering your unit. If you have any difficulties, please contact us for guidance and assistance.

Shipping
We ship all orders via Australia Post to ensure reliable, fast delivery around Australia.

  • Lace Fronts Australia is not liable for any errors made by these services.
  • This service does not provide insurance and is chosen at your own risk upon confirmation/acceptance of our terms of supply.

International Orders
If you are an international customer, please note that some countries have import restrictions on certain goods or materials. After dispatch from our facilities, liability transfers to you. As the importer, you will be liable to pay local taxes or duties and assume all liability under any customs or import laws and regulations.
