Would you like to try Lace Fronts Australia with even more peace of mind? Welcome to our Free returns Policy. Follow the steps below to get started! 

Terms & Conditions

• *This offer is for our first-time customers only.
• *You must have a phone/video call Appointment prior to ordering. 
• *You must have a unboxing consultation with us. (This does not necessarily have to be on camera, however it does help, the unboxing consultation must take place within 48 hours of delivery.)
• This offer is only valid for one wig, If you order multiple Wigs, only one will be able to be refunded.
• Shipping of your wig to you is secure, fast and free, if you choose to return your piece, we will also pay any associated shipping costs. You will be sent a printable label, once this is sent you have 48hrs for the wig to be dropped with your local Australia Post.  
• If you do choose to return your piece, it must be unworn, other than for trying on. It must also be unaltered in any way and the lace not cut. 
• Refunds take up to 10 days to process. 
• Lace Fronts Australia reserves the right to adjust this policy at any time.
