- *You must have a phone/video call Appointment prior to ordering.
- *You must have a unboxing consultation with us. (This does not necessarily have to be on camera, however it does help, the unboxing consultation must take place within 48 hours of delivery.)
- This offer is only valid for one wig, If you order multiple Wigs, only one will be able to be refunded.
- Shipping of your wig to you is secure, fast and free, if you choose to return your piece, we will also pay any associated shipping costs. You will be sent a printable label, once this is sent you have 48hrs for the wig to be dropped with your local Australia Post.
- If you do choose to return your piece, it must be unworn, other than for trying on. It must also be unaltered in any way and the lace not cut.
- Refunds take up to 10 days to process.
- Lace Fronts Australia reserves the right to adjust this policy at any time.

All orders placed within Australia are shipped with FREE Express Shipping: This option is generally next day delivery but can be up to 3 working days depending on your local area.
All of our orders are of the utmost importance to us and so we make sure to ship all In-stock human hair and synthetic orders daily, Monday - Friday. (Orders placed after 1 pm on a Friday will be shipped Monday.)
Human Hair wigs are custom created and take 6- 8 weeks to create. Once they are complete they will be shipped via Express Secure Shipping. Your FREE SYNTHETIC WIG and Soft Starter Kit will be shipped via express shipping straight away.
Please keep in mind that public holidays, Holiday seasons, weekends and customs processing times may affect the above shipping times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Care Instructions
Our custom made human Hair Lace Front wigs can last years with the right care and treatment.
Along with the care manual included in your order we also make sure to create lots of content around caring for your wig. You can find more tips and tricks on our social media accounts. (Links below)
LACE TIPS
- Take care with the lace, your new wig is very sturdy and long lasting however it is important that you treat the lace with extra care.
-If you do decide to use glue, never pull it off without loosening the glue with warm water or a solvent.
-Never pull any hair out of the unit as it can loosen the lace.
-Be careful with long nails or jewellery when washing.
BASIC WIG CARE
-Only wash with cold water so that you can preserve the colour. Over washing in hot water can remove colour from your new wig.
-Wash at least once a fortnight using our MUK Complete Care Kit
-Always use a leave in conditioner and thermal treatment when washing and or styling. (Included in the Complete Care Kit)
- Brush well from the bottom up after every wear with a wide tooth comb or paddle brush.
- Our wigs are glueless and so we recommend not gluing your wig down, to extend the life of your wig.
-Dry the inside of the cap well by patting dry with a towel and then blow drying, after washing to prevent frizz and speed up drying time. Then allow the hair to air dry as much as possible before styling.
- Store in a dark, cool and dry place for best keeping when you are not wearing your wig.

Before we even begin the colouring or styling process of your custom wig, over 100 hours is spent creating the cap, in which individual strands of hair are hand tied into the lace of your wig. OUR LACE
Lace Fronts Australia only uses the softest, transparent HD Lace.
OUR HAIR
Our wigs are created using Brazilian Remi hair that is not only long lasting but looks, feels and smells amazing.
We use the hair of 1-2 donors, per wig. This ensures that the hair cuticles are aligned to prevent tangling and matting.
HAIR COLOURING
All of our wigs are hand coloured in Australia by professional hairdressers with years of wig experience. We create everything you see on the website, as well as many custom colours that we share on social media accounts and our Look Book.
All of our wigs are coloured using the professional colour ranges MUK & NAK. Both of these products are Australian made, vegan and create stunning tones that we are proud to bring to you.
Beyond our colour range and ability, no one can cut and style a wig like our team!
STYLING
A big part of styling starts in the washing and protecting process, think of it like skin care and make up. It is important to keep the hair clean and protect it with a leave in conditioner spray, thermal protector and serum.
We have used so many products and after years still swear by the MUK Hair Care range. It is all we use in our salon, and at home!
It has continuously proven to give the best results for our wigs.

CAP TYPES
Lace Fronts Australia currently offers 3 cap types that all boast perfectly natural hairlines with parting space from ear to ear and up to 6 inches back from the hairline. This is perfect for styling versatility, breathability, comfort and lightness.
The main difference between our three cap types is the ‘ear tabs’. Below we will going into more detail about the practicalities of each and you can decide based on your lifestyle, ability and experience which cap Is for you. As always, if you have any questions please reach out to us.
Cap Type 1-No Ear Tabs-EXPERT
- No ear tabs-EXPERT
- (13x6 lace- This means that there is 13 inches of lace from ear to ear and 6 inches from the hairline.) This cap type needs to be glued, taped or bobby pinned at the ears as this unit has no ‘ear tabs’ to keep the lace down at the sides. You don’t have to do this however if you like to tuck behind your ears or style your hair away from your face the lace will fold up at the sides without securing it. This is what makes this wig an ‘Expert’ level, this process of gluing the ears down can be difficult to start with. If this is your first wig, we recommend our ‘Beginner’ cap type with full ear tabs.
- Light ear tabs- INTERMEDIATE_ (13x6 lace With Light ear tabs-This means that there is 13 inches of lace from ear to ear and 6 inches from the hairline.) This intermediate level cap has ear tabs on the inside of the lace to lightly secure the sides. This cap type gives you the ability to customise the lace how you wish around the ears while still giving you the extra security. Perfect for using a small amount of your own hair from the sides to blend.
- Ear Tabs BEGINNER / COMPLETELY GLUE LESS
(11x5 inch lace with Ear Tabs-This means that there is 11 inches of lace from ear to ear and 5 inches from the hairline.) This beginner level cap has small ear tabs inserted on the inside of the lace to completely secure the sides without glues or tapes. This cap type gives you the ability to style easily, tuck behind your ears naturally and securely. Perfect for experienced and new wig wearers. Perfect to put on and go with no stress or fuss.
