Refunds and Exchanges- Synthetic Wigs

Synthetic wigs that are not suitable can be returned for store credit, within 7 days of purchasing.

Lace Fronts does not accept returns on synthetic wigs.

Any shipping costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once the wig is returned to us, we will issue you a store credit that can be used in store or online.

 

Exchange Conditions
If you would like to exchange a synthetic wig it must be unused and in its original condition. All exchanges are investigated by our team, If the returned unit has been altered in any way an exchange will not be provided. e.g., lace cut, hair trimmed, or coloured in any manner.

An exchange request must be issued within 3 days of receiving the products.

To issue this request, please contact info@lacefronts.com.au with a detailed description of why the request is being made, the product you received, and the email address used for the order. The wigs must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, all wigs will be washed and blow-dried upon returning to Lace Fronts Australia. The unit must be in its original packaging and condition.

 

Refunds and Exchanges- Human Hair
Lace Fronts Australia does not offer refunds or exchanges on custom human hair. Please work with us before purchasing to ensure you are getting exactly what you want.

 

Production Times- Human Hair
Due to the handmade, customisation process, human hair units take up to 6-8 weeks to be produced. We do our absolute best to ensure our wigs are produced within this time frame. If there is any delays this will be communicated clearly,  there is no cancelation after 7 days of purchasing.

Damaged Items
Our passionate team works diligently to ensure no products are sent damaged. In the unlikely event you do receive a damaged product, Lace Fronts Australia will provide a full replacement of the damaged items. Colouring and styling suitability issues are not considered damages.

Cap Sizes
To ensure you have the correct cap size for a human hair wig, please measure your head according to our size chart found on each human hair wig product page. Measurements are in inches. Accurate measurement is essential prior to ordering your unit. If you have any difficulties, please contact us for guidance and assistance.

International Orders

All hair care products are final sale.

Our synthetic wigs are crafted from high-quality, lightweight fibers designed to mimic the natural movement and appearance of real hair. These premium synthetic fibers are soft, breathable, and pre-styled for easy wear, maintaining their shape and style even after washing. Our synthetic wigs also feature heat-resistant technology, allowing for light styling with low-temperature tools.

Each wig is constructed with a comfortable, adjustable cap for a secure fit, ensuring all-day wearability. The Lace Front and Monofilament (any wig on our site that is not titled as a lace front is a monofilament cap type) provides a realistic and natural-looking finish. 

Designed for durability and style, our synthetic wigs offer an affordable alternative to our much loved human hair wigs, without compromising on quality or comfort.

 Synthetic wigs require different care than your own hair, take advantage of our tutorials and tips on YouTube and socials (links below) as well as the tips below. Proper care will keep your synthetic wig looking fresh and increase its life span.

WASHING

To wash your wig, fill a basin with lukewarm water and add a small amount of shampoo. We suggest something affordable that you like the smell of, keep in mind it’s not real hair so it’s not going to absorb any expensive hair products. 

Gently submerge the wig, swirling it without rubbing to avoid tangling, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. Apply conditioner, allow to sit in the conditioner for up to 15 mins and rinse again. Pat dry with a towel and place the wig on a canvas wig stand to air dry completely—if you don’t have a canvas they are so worth the investment but you can lay your wig on a towel to dry. 

HOT TIPS 

-To keep your wig looking its best, brush it gently using a wide paddle brush, starting from the ends and working upward to remove and prevent tangles. 

-Store your wig on a stand or in its original packaging when not in use to maintain its shape. 

-Our videos on using steam and water to style and maintain are a must watch! 

-Our MUK Leave in Conditioner Spray is the one human hair product we do suggest grabbing. It smells great, works so well as a detangle spray.
